Fabian is the cheesemaker and affineur (cheese ager). With the rich milk from cows, he creates homestead cheese, artisan aged cheese, and Italian inspired cheese.

A Peimonte Cheese tasting with unique pairings (herbal jellies and local honey) follows the workshop; farm product will also be available for purchase.

Piemonte Farm is a regular vendor at the
Cobblestone Farmers Market in Old Salem
on Saturday mornings.
