The ancient skills of artisan cheese making come back to life one Sunday at a time in the life of a cheesemaker. Following old-fashioned European techniques, the process of making cheese gives the word “handmade” real meaning. Learn about different kinds of cheeses and how they are made in Piedmont North Carolina.
