Hearth Cooking Class: "Summer Savories" Thursday, August 9, 2012 6:00pm - 8:30pm Single Brothers' Workshop (10 West Academy Street)
Join us as we make a summer-inspired meal at the hearth. You will make and taste 19th century “tomata catsup” and be able to take a bottle home with you. Also make and enjoy an 18th century egg and bacon pie, potato balls and peach cream. Yum!
Registration: $40 per person / $36 for Friends of Salem

Participants must be 12 years or older to register for this class. Anyone under 17 years must be accompanied by a registered adult.
