Every first Saturday in May, Old Salem Museums & Gardens, along with Salem Academy & College, is the host site for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure for the NC Triad Affiliate Office.  Thousands of race participants gather to support the mission of the Foundation: a world without breast cancer.

We appreciate the patience of our visitors, as the race results in a delayed opening of Old Salem. 

All buildings and streets will be open at noon.
