RETURN AND PRICE POLICY
All tickets are non-refundable. Pricing and entitlements for admission passes and tickets are subject to change. Events are subject to change; some may be weather dependent. Tickets purchased online can be validated for one year from purchase date.
The Old Salem All-In-One Visitor Ticket includes:
- A self-guided tour of the Historic Town of Salem
- A tour of the self-guided galleries of Museum of Early Southern Decorative Arts (MESDA)
- The Gardens of Salem
- Valid for two (2) consecutive museum open days
- Can be redeemed once for up to one-year from date of purchase (not required to be used on the date you select below)
Tickets for Homeschool Days, Scout Days, Museum Classes, evening events, group tours, and other special tickets must be purchased by calling 1-800-441-5305.
If you qualify for an available discount (AAA, AARP, college student, Sunday admission, etc.) or wish to purchase limited-access Two-Stop tickets you must purchase your tickets on-site at Old Salem. Ticket discounts are not available online.
Visitors are strongly encouraged to view our Days & Hours of Operation prior to their visit.
Purchase All-in-One Tickets
Select the appropriate date range and enter the required number of tickets.
Then click the “Buy Tickets” button to proceed. Applicable NC sales tax to be included at checkout.
If you purchase your ticket on-site, ask the Visitor Center staff for any building closings. Particularly in January and February, some buildings may be closed for maintenance, repainting and other repairs.
For detailed hours of operation and holidays which we are closed, please visit our Days & Hours of Operation. Inclement weather can cause closings on other days — call 336-721-7300 if weather is a concern.

PRINT YOUR RECEIPT
After purchasing your ticket, print your receipt, and bring it with you when picking up your tickets at Old Salem’s Visitor Center (900 Old Salem Road).
We will only collect personal identification information when you process a membership, make a donation, place an online order, request information, or send us an email. We may contact our online visitors in the future, but we will always give you the ability to opt-out of receiving messages.
