SUMMARY:Homeschool Day
DESCRIPTION:We welcome homeschool families year-round\, but for those looking for a more personalized museum experience\, our Homeschool Days are for you! Rooted in the Moravian educational philosophy that “all play has purpose\,” these days invite homeschoolers to take learning beyond the classroom and explore the cross-curricular connections found in local history. \nOn Homeschool Days\, large public-school groups are not booked\, allowing for a different flow that better accommodates smaller groups and family visits. Homeschool families and co-ops receive group-tour pricing typically reserved for groups of 12 or more\, while still enjoying full access to regular museum programming. Please bring your student(s) to the Visitor Center and let our team know you are here for our Homeschool Day\, and you will be exploring the district in no time. \nQuestions? Please call the Visitor Center at (336) 721-7350.
