Description:
Small lead-glazed earthenware child’s cook pot with flared rim, a pulled handle, and a lid with a crisply thrown round button finial. The bowl has interior and exterior glaze while the lid underside remains unglazed. The bowl has two incised decorative rings with a blackened bottom.
History:
Probably made by Heinrich Schaffner or Daniel Krause.
