DESCRIPTION: In the head of an ornamented post clamped onto the front of a table and extending 5 1/2″ above the table is a three-pronged head projecting horizontally to hold the fruit. It is turned by a crank. A knife blade is fastened onto the bottom of the upright post and is free to swivel. The depth of the cut of the blade is guided by another similar blade above it and set back the thickness of the parring. The clamp is a wooden screw.
