Description:
A pipe mold made of oak mounted on wooden base. It has two operating handles, one on the end and one on top, and an adjustable screw in the back. Three split lead forms for shaping pipes and four tools used for making pipe stem holes are attached. Accompanying pipe head mold is for fluted pipe head.
History:
LABEL NOTES: These molds were used in the Old Salem Pottery Shop by Dan Crouse, the last potter who worked there.
