Description

Wooden plane for smoothing the vertical edge of groove (rabbet) cut in the margin of a board. Blade wedged in stock at angle and ground to cutting angle only on forward side. Cutting side of stock smooth; reverse has molded step-down edge. Notches (4) cut in stock at same level ( 1 3/16″ from top edge) on front and back ends.
