To begin the process of booking a field trip, please use this form to submit a request. Submitting a form does not guarantee a reservation, or date of visit. Please allow 3-5 business days for Old Salem Group Tours to email a reservation contract for your review and approval. Requests are processed on a first come, first served basis.
