Join Chef Stephanie Tyson and Vivián Turner, co-owners of Sweet Potatoes Restaurant, as they discuss the “melting pot” of Southern foods.   Discover the different flavors and cuisines from regions such as Creole, Cajun, Gullah and more!  Chef Tyson’s creativity and Vivian’s strong background in guest relations has turned Sweet Potatoes into an award-winning restaurant.  They are the authors of two cookbooks.   Soul Food Odyssey features recipes that Southern, plan and simple and Well, Shut My Mouth shares a culinary experience that has been a favorite of Winston-Salem and visitors for years.  Book signing will follow.
